Down early for our stage 1 briefing. The first surprise is apparently our organisers Paul, Peter and Mark think 7.45am is a good time for every stage briefing! Prizes are handed out for best car decoration. Congratulations to Barking Mad (photo above) and the UPS boys, joint winners.
Then its details of the first set of tasks: smallest unique petrol fill up receipt, photo of a church clock at midday and photo's of car masscots (raised bonnet badges). Fortunately Britney is sporting a mercedes one so we're off to a flying start.
After that its engines started and we're off to the Nurburgring.
